The main point of contact for specific project HSE issues is a project HSE manager. They will support project management with an HSE role. The regional HSSE Manager is the functional reporting line’s parent organization, while the project manager is the direct reporting line’s parent.

It is also expected of all staff members to help Subsea 7 develop a culture of ethics and integrity and to make sure that our Code of Conduct is understood and followed.
This role is considered to be of high safety criticality and is crucial to the success or failure of HSE. It is the jobholder’s responsibility to assess potential dangers, identify hazards, and provide solutions to issues that could seriously jeopardize public safety.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Developing and carrying out significant environmental, health, and safety policies in compliance with business and legal requirements.
- Discovering possible risks through risk assessments and creating preventative measures.
- Planning for employee safety training to guarantee knowledge and comprehension of safety and environmental regulations.
- Keeping an eye on policy compliance, conducting site inspections, and writing comprehensive reports on results.
- Supervising emergency response programs and carrying out post-event investigations to identify root causes and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Providing guidance on a variety of specialized topics, such as waste management, hazardous materials, noise, fire laws, and occupational illnesses.
- An up-to-date understanding of laws and rules relating to environmental, health, and safety issues that affect the company.
- Maintaining compliance requirements by working together with external regulatory agencies and internal leadership.
